By turning off things that you don’t and won’t ever use and by changing setting on the computer to tune it to how you use it, we are able to speed it up. We include this service free with most of our other services.
Upgrades
Want to get more out of your existing computer instead of replacing it? We can help! We are able to increase your RAM or swap out your slow hard drive with a fast solid state disk without needing to reload your computer.
Password Reset
Whether it's because the grandkids changed the password when you weren’t looking or you haven’t used the computer in a few months and simply forgot it, we can reset your password quickly. In almost all cases we can reset your computer password cheaply and without losing anything stored on the computer.
Data Backup
We can do anything from a one-time backup of your data to setting up automated redundant cloud backup of all of your important documents and pictures or anything in between. We can also advise you on what to do based on your needs.
Data Recovery
Accidently deleted a file or folder? Did the data on your flash drive or SD card disappear? We can help! We are also able to recover information from dying hard drives. Every situation is different but we may be able to recover all of the data, deleted or otherwise, from the device.
Data Transfer
We are able to move your information to a new computer even if the old one doesn’t start up. We can copy the data from old desktops, laptops, external drives or flash drives. We can copy it to another computer, flash drive or burn it to DVDs.

Onsite Service Calls
While we generally recommend bringing your devices in to our office for repair, we can also come to you to fix most problems. Onsite service calls are charged at $100 per Hour with a $100 Minimum.
