Q:
What is, and what can I do about SPAM?
A: Spam is unsolicited bulk
email or more commonly referred to as junk mail.
You may report Spam to us, in
order to have it blocked, by forwarding the entire offending message
(including all headers) to us, at
techsupport@fallsnet.com.
To get the headers of the message, while looking at the message in
Outlook Express, click "File", then "Properties". In the new
window, click the "Details" tab at the top. The information
displayed here is called the headers of the message. Highlight this
information by clicking at the beginning of the text, and, holding
the mouse button down, dragging to to end of the text. This will
highlight it in a different color. Now right click on the text and
select "copy". You may now close this window. Now when you create
the message to tech support, just click on "Edit" and "Paste" to add
the headers to the message.
